Our passion to serve patients is evident in every order we receive. We work together with the referral source to determine the patient’s medical condition that necessitates the use of a brace. To ensure that we are providing the correct device, our clinicians visit the patient and conduct a throrough assessment.

Our personal approach does not end once the intake process is complete and the device is ready for delivery. Our fitter will contact the patient to schedule an in-house service for the fitting of the brace and at the same time, educate the patient on its use and function. To meet our goal of elite patient care, we have employed the services of an independent consulting specialist to perform customer surveys and provide quality-control feedback for every patient we treat. We perform follow-up calls after we have delivered and dispensed a device. You’ll know your patient is assessed and treated with a follow-up report faxed to you detailing their reduced pain, increased support, mobility, and overall satisfaction with the device.
